RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
We are committed to your total satisfaction. If any item you receive from us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectation, simply return it to us. We will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or credit your account. There are NO refunds. Processing your return usually takes two business days (upon receipt of product). Please see below details.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
All returns/exchanges must be authorized. Please call our customer service first to receive your return authorization number. Return of merchandise must be effected within 7 days after you receive authorization. You WILL NOT receive credit without a copy of the invoice (and customer receipt if applicable), a return authorization number, or if the merchandise has not been properly repackaged.
Note: Return authorization does not guarantee that return will be accepted. Returns will be accepted if they are within the policy herein stated and the item is confirmed defective.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS / NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Should you refuse to take delivery of any confirmed placed order or non-defective merchandise you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred, plus a 15% restocking fee.
If merchandise is returned, it must be in its original packaging, as shipped by Luxury Chrome Trims. Any such returned merchandise must be in perfect resalable condition, in its original container, and must not have been installed or used as samples. All parts must be present. If item(s) is(are) a discontinued item(s) we will NOT accept a return and they will not be returnable.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT:
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 5 days after you receive the merchandise, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, FedEx, DHL, U.S. Parcel Post, and truck lines, must be complied with or they have legal right to deny claim. Damaged merchandise claims for damage vary with UPS, FedEx, DHL, U.S. Parcel Post, and truck lines. When any carrier delivers a shipment to you, you are requested to sign a receipt. Before signing, inspect all cartons. Be sure you receive the number of cartons you are signing for inspect each box for signs of damage such crushed, torn, open, unsealed tape, etc. If you do find outward damage, sign the receipt with the words “Exception – Damage” in the margin if no other space is available.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, all parts are guaranteed free of manufacturers defects 1 year from purchase date. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse or improper installment will NOT be credited. Luxury Chrome Trims reserves the right to make final decision on defective merchandise. A copy of the customer purchase receipt must be included in the return.
